Common questions

A few things organizations often ask before getting in touch. If your question isn’t here, use the form above or email info@arcitsystems.com.

What happens in an AI Discovery Session?
It’s one focused conversation, typically one to two hours, online or in person. We walk through your business priorities, any AI ideas already on the table, and the questions that matter most: where the value is, whether you’re ready, the risks, and the right next step. There’s no obligation, and you don’t need to have everything worked out beforehand.
Do we have to start with a large engagement?
No. Most organizations begin with a single Discovery Session and decide where to go from there. You can enter at whatever stage fits: strategy and readiness, solution direction, or execution and adoption, depending on what is already clear and what still needs to be resolved.
How is ArCiT structured, and can it support a larger organization?
ArCiT is an independent advisory firm. Engagements are led by our senior team and supported by a network of specialized contractors, and we work alongside your internal teams, technology providers, and implementation partners. That lets us bring the right expertise to each part of an initiative, from architecture to adoption, while keeping the work focused and senior-led.
Does ArCiT build the AI solution itself?
Our focus is the planning, architecture, readiness, governance, oversight, and adoption that make a solution succeed. We work alongside the internal teams, technology providers, or implementation partners who build and deploy. We help direct and de-risk the work rather than replacing those teams.
Which regions do you work with?
We work with organizations internationally, including in Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Most conversations and engagements are conducted online, with in-person work where it is practical.
How do you handle privacy and confidentiality?
We keep the information we collect to a minimum, and this website uses no cookies or tracking. Anything you share is used only to respond and to arrange a Discovery Session, and any engagement is covered by a written confidentiality agreement. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
What will we come away with?
It depends on where you start, but a typical engagement produces practical outputs you can act on, such as prioritized use cases, a readiness view, a solution direction, a roadmap, and clear measures of success. The goal is a clear path you can move on, not a deck of possibilities.
