Who is responsible for your information

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us. If you use the contact form or write to us by email, that may include your name, organization, role, email address, phone number, and the message you send. We do not require any information beyond what you decide to share, and the website itself does not collect information about you in the background.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and hold an AI Discovery Session, and to correspond with you about your interest in ArCiT. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before a possible engagement.

Consent

By sending us a message, you consent to our using your information for the purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal or contractual requirements and reasonable notice.

How your information is handled and stored

When you use the contact form, your own email application opens so that you send the message to us directly. Messages we receive are held in our business email system. We limit access to those who need it to respond to you, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for correspondence, follow-up, and any resulting engagement, or as otherwise required by law. You may ask us to delete your correspondence, and we will do so where we are not required to retain it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies, and it does not build a profile of you. Because there is no tracking, no cookie banner or tracking consent is needed to use the site. As with any website, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as an IP address) needed to deliver and secure the pages. If we ever introduce cookies or analytics, we will update this policy first and, where consent is required, ask for it before those tools are enabled.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights: to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to receive a copy in a portable form, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to withdraw your consent.
